CTET Answer Key 2024: Last Date to Raise Objection Today, Check Result Updates
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the window for raising objections to the provisional answer key of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024 today, January 5, 2025. Candidates who wish to challenge the provisional answer key can do so by visiting the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in. To access the answer key, candidates will need to enter their roll number and date of birth.
The CTET answer key was released on January 1, and candidates are advised to review it carefully. If they find any discrepancies, they can raise objections by following the steps mentioned on the official website. However, a fee of Rs 1000 will be charged for each objection raised. The CBSE has set up a team of experts to examine all the objections. If any errors are found in the answer key, necessary corrections will be made, and the fee will be refunded to the concerned candidates.
After considering all objections, the final answer key will be released, and the CTET result will be declared based on it. While the exact date and time for the result release have not yet been announced, it is expected to be announced after the final answer key is made public.
In the meantime, candidates can use the provisional answer key along with their OMR sheet to estimate their probable scores. It is important to note that there is no negative marking in the CTET exam, and each correct answer is awarded one mark.
