OnePlus has announced an attractive free replacement policy for its newly launched OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R smartphones in India. The initiative allows buyers to replace their devices free of charge within the first 180 days of purchase in case of any hardware issues. This offer, applicable only for devices purchased before February 13, 2025, is part of OnePlus’s broader ₹6,000 crore Project Starlight in India.

Details of the Replacement Policy

OnePlus unveiled this new customer-centric service on January 8, 2025, just a day after the launch of the OnePlus 13 series in India. The devices, powered by Qualcomm processors and running the latest OxygenOS 15, are designed to deliver high performance and durability.

The company emphasized that this replacement plan includes all device components such as screens, back covers, batteries, motherboards, and more. In case a hardware issue arises during the 180-day period, eligible customers can bypass repairs entirely and opt for a one-time device replacement. The process ensures a seamless and worry-free experience for users.

To avail of the free replacement service, customers can visit any authorized OnePlus service center to confirm their eligibility. Notably, the initiative applies to all devices purchased between January 7 and February 13, 2025.

Extended Protection Plan Available

For those looking for longer protection, OnePlus is offering an optional paid plan after the free replacement period ends. Priced at ₹2,599 for the OnePlus 13 and ₹2,299 for the OnePlus 13R, this premium protection plan extends the service by an additional three months.
