Sharjah Ruler Approves Establishment of Organic Honey Factory : UAE

Sharjah, UAE – On January 14, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, gave the green light for the creation of a new organic honey products factory in the central region. The innovative project will also include a laboratory designed to focus on the production of honey as well as related pharmaceutical and cosmetic products derived from this natural resource.

The facility is set to become a significant player in the local industry, with the first phase of development aiming to produce 120 tonnes of honey annually. With an anticipated completion date of October 2025, this factory promises to enhance the region’s role in sustainable and organic product production, aligning with the growing demand for natural and eco-friendly goods.
