Tendulkar, who is widely celebrated for his cricketing genius, has etched his name in history through a career spanning over two decades. The Maharashtra-born cricketer made his Test debut on November 15, 1989, at just 16 years old, and played his first One Day International (ODI) on December 18 of the same year.

With a staggering total of 34,357 runs from 664 international appearances, Tendulkar holds the record for being the highest run-scorer in international cricket, with an impressive average of 48.52.
