New Delhi [India], December 21: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar joined the Rajya Sabha Secretariat employees on Saturday to celebrate the festive spirit of Christmas at the Vice President’s Enclave.

Meanwhile, earlier in the week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also participated in Christmas celebrations. On Thursday, PM Modi attended an event at the residence of Union Minister George Kurian in Delhi. The Prime Minister received a heartfelt welcome and interacted with key members of the Christian community during the occasion.
Sharing his experience on X, PM Modi wrote, “Attended the Christmas celebrations at the residence of Union Minister Shri George Kurian Ji. Also interacted with eminent members of the Christian community.”
At the event, PM Modi lit candles and enjoyed a variety of programs, reflecting the festive spirit of Christmas.
Christmas, celebrated annually on December 25, marks the birth of Jesus Christ, a spiritual leader whose teachings serve as the foundation of Christianity. According to tradition, Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary in Bethlehem, and this day holds deep significance for Christians worldwide.
